About

LetsFly is a directory of drone pilots in Poland. Pilots show their portfolios here - drone photos and videos - and clients looking for an operator find them by job location and type of service.

How it works

A client points to the job location on the map and sees the pilots who cover that area. The inquiry goes straight to the pilot - LetsFly does not mediate the conversation or the settlement. Terms, pricing and payment for the job are agreed between the parties themselves.

What it costs

The free account is free and will stay that way - a profile, a portfolio and client inquiries cost nothing. We take no commission on jobs: the client and the pilot settle directly, off the platform. Premium is a separate plan with a larger portfolio, profile statistics and a higher listing position.

Result ordering

Pilots whose coverage area includes the chosen point come first, then Premium accounts, then nearest-base distance. A Premium account therefore affects listing position. The Terms of Service describe this in detail.

What the badges mean

  • Verified - the pilot's licences are confirmed in the official PANSA register: an active entry and at least one valid competency. We re-check daily, and the badge is removed when licences lapse. It does not cover liability insurance, and it evidences a register entry rather than the identity of the account holder.
  • OG - one of the first hundred pilots to publish a profile on LetsFly. It marks joining early, not service quality.
  • Premium - a larger portfolio, profile statistics and a higher listing position.

Frequently asked questions

Does using LetsFly cost anything?

The free account is free and will stay that way - creating a profile, your portfolio and receiving inquiries cost nothing. We take no commission on jobs, because the client and the pilot settle directly, off the platform.

Does LetsFly carry out drone services?

No. LetsFly is a directory - the service is carried out by the pilot the client contacts. The parties to the job are solely responsible for terms, pricing and delivery.

How do I know a pilot is licensed?

The Verified badge means we found the pilot's entry in the official PANSA register with at least one valid competency. We repeat the check daily. Profiles without the badge have not been checked in this respect.

How do I find a pilot near me?

Enter a town or drop a pin on the map in the pilot directory. We show the pilots whose coverage area includes that point, sorted by nearest base.
