Community Guidelines

LetsFly is a platform for professional drone operators in Poland. These guidelines help keep the space safe, professional, and welcoming for all users: Pilots and Visitors alike.

1. Professionalism

LetsFly is a place for showcasing professional drone work. We expect that:

  • Profiles and portfolios contain only material related to drone filming and photography.
  • Descriptions, titles, and profile details are honest and accurate.
  • Communication with clients is conducted politely and professionally.

2. Permitted Content

Portfolio materials - both native uploads and YouTube embeds - must present your own work. The portfolio showcases your skills, not someone else's.

On the Platform you may publish:

  • Drone photos and videos to which you hold the copyright.
  • Descriptions of your services, experience, and specializations.
  • Information about your equipment.
  • Links to your portfolio, social media, or website, and videos from your own YouTube channel.

3. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit publishing:

  1. Illegal content: material violating Polish or EU law, including content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination.
  2. Copyright-infringing content: photos, videos, or other material you do not hold the rights to. See the copyright section of our Terms of Service for details.
  3. Pornographic or obscene content: material of a sexual or vulgar nature.
  4. Third parties' personal data: photos or videos that identify people without their consent, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
  5. Spam and advertising: unsolicited advertising content, affiliate links, or repeated promotional messages.
  6. Misleading content: false information about qualifications, experience, operating area, or availability.
  7. Footage from non-compliant flights: photos or videos from flights performed in violation of aviation regulations (e.g. flights in prohibited zones, without required permits, or in breach of VLOS rules).

4. Communication Standards

The following rules apply in message threads and any contact through the Platform:

  • Treat every user with respect.
  • Do not send threats, accusations, or insults.
  • Do not send repeated or unwanted messages (spam).
  • Do not impersonate other people or companies.
  • Inquiries should concern services offered on the Platform.

5. Legal Flight Operations

Pilots using LetsFly are responsible for complying with applicable aviation regulations, including:

  • EU Regulations 2019/947 and 2019/945 (EU drone rules).
  • The regulations of the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC).
  • Operator registration requirements and certificates of competency.
  • Zone restrictions (CTR, prohibited and restricted zones).

Pilots can voluntarily and free of charge confirm their certifications (e.g. A2/STS) and liability insurance, earning the verification badge described in the Terms of Service. The absence of the badge does not mean a lack of certification, and responsibility for flying in compliance with the law always rests solely with the Pilot.

6. Reporting Violations

If you notice content that violates these guidelines, report it using the “Report” button available on every Pilot's profile. Reports are handled in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA). You can also contact us directly: kontakt@letsfly.pl.

Every report is reviewed individually. We do not tolerate abuse of the reporting system to harm other users.

7. Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of the Community Guidelines, we may take the following actions:

  1. Warning: a notification about the violation with a request to correct it.
  2. Content removal: deletion of the material violating the guidelines.
  3. Profile hiding: temporarily disabling the visibility of the Pilot's profile.
  4. Account removal: permanent deletion of the account in the case of serious or repeated violations.

Our decisions are proportionate to the severity of the violation. In the case of illegal content, we may be obliged to notify the relevant authorities.
