Community Guidelines

LetsFly is a platform for professional drone operators in Poland. These guidelines help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming space for all users - both Pilots and Visitors.
1. Professionalism
LetsFly is a place to showcase professional drone work. We expect that:
- Profiles and portfolios contain only materials related to drone filming and photography.
- Descriptions, titles, and profile data are accurate and truthful.
- Communication with clients is conducted in a polite and professional manner.
2. Permitted Content
You may publish the following on the Platform:
- Drone photos and videos to which you hold the copyright.
- Descriptions of your services, experience, and specializations.
- Information about your equipment.
- Links to your portfolio, social media, or website.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content - materials that violate Polish or EU law, including content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination.
- Copyright-infringing content - photos, videos, or other materials to which you do not hold the rights. See the copyright section in our Terms of Service.
- Pornographic or obscene content - materials of a sexual or vulgar nature.
- Third-party personal data - photos or videos that allow identification of individuals without their consent, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
- Spam and advertisements - unsolicited advertising content, affiliate links, or repetitive promotional messages.
- Misleading content - false information about qualifications, experience, location, or availability.
- Materials from non-compliant flights - photos or videos from flights conducted in violation of aviation regulations (e.g., flights in restricted zones, without required permits, or in breach of VLOS rules).
4. Communication Standards
The following rules apply to all communication through the Platform:
- Treat every user with respect.
- Do not send threats, accusations, or insults.
- Do not send repetitive or unwanted messages (spam).
- Do not impersonate other individuals or companies.
- Inquiries should relate to the services offered on the Platform.
5. Legal Flight Operations
Pilots using LetsFly are responsible for complying with all applicable aviation regulations, including:
- EU Regulation 2019/947 and 2019/945 (EU drone regulations).
- Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) regulations.
- Operator registration and competency certificate requirements.
- Airspace restrictions (CTR, prohibited zones, restricted areas).
LetsFly does not verify Pilots' aviation credentials. Compliance with regulations is solely the Pilot's responsibility.
6. Reporting Violations
If you notice content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the “Report” button available on every Pilot's profile. You can also contact us directly: kontakt@letsfly.pl.
Every report is reviewed individually. We do not tolerate abuse of the reporting system to harm other users.
7. Consequences of Violations
In case of a violation of the Community Guidelines, we may take the following actions:
- Warning - notification of the violation with a request to correct the issue.
- Content removal - deletion of materials that violate the guidelines.
- Profile hiding- temporary removal of the Pilot's profile from public visibility.
- Account deletion - permanent removal of the account in case of serious or repeated violations.
Decisions are made proportionally to the severity of the violation. In the case of illegal content, we may be obligated to notify the relevant authorities.
