1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the use of the LetsFly platform, available at letsfly.pl (hereinafter: the “Platform”).
- The Platform is operated by:

- These Terms are available free of charge on the Platform in a form that allows downloading, saving, and printing.
2. Definitions
- Platform - the LetsFly web service available at letsfly.pl.
- Pilot - a registered user of the Platform who has an account and can publish their profile and portfolio.
- Visitor - a person browsing the Platform without registration who can send inquiries to Pilots.
- Profile - a Pilot's public page containing their data, portfolio, and contact information.
- Inquiry - a message sent by a Visitor to a Pilot via the Platform's contact form.
- Content - any materials posted by users on the Platform, including photos, videos, descriptions, and profile data.
3. Registration and Account
- Registration on the Platform is free and available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
- During registration, the Pilot provides their first name, last name, email address, password, and username (slug). The Pilot is required to provide accurate information.
- Registration requires acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of personal data.
- The Pilot is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and must not share login credentials with third parties.
- The username (slug) cannot be changed after registration. It forms part of the Pilot's profile URL.
4. Usage Rules
Users of the Platform agree to:
- Use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.
- Not publish content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of third parties.
- Not take actions that could disrupt the Platform's operation or compromise its security.
- Not use the Platform for sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Only publish content to which they hold the appropriate rights (copyright, image rights, etc.).
5. User Content
- The Pilot retains full copyright to all materials posted on the Platform (photos, videos, descriptions).
- By posting content on the Platform, the Pilot grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, process, and distribute such content as part of the Platform's operation (displaying the profile, thumbnails in the directory, generating previews). This license is valid for the duration of the Pilot's account on the Platform.
- The Operator does not claim any ownership rights to content posted by Pilots.
- The Operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
- Upon account deletion by the Pilot, all their content (profile, portfolio, equipment, inquiries) is permanently removed from the Platform and data storage systems.
6. Inquiries
- A Visitor may send an inquiry to a Pilot via the contact form on the Pilot's profile page.
- By submitting an inquiry, the Visitor consents to sharing their contact details (name, email, phone number) with the selected Pilot for the purpose of receiving a response.
- The Platform acts solely as an intermediary in transmitting inquiries. Any further arrangements between the Visitor and the Pilot (pricing, terms of cooperation, contracts) take place outside the Platform, and the Operator bears no responsibility for them.
- Inquiries are retained for the duration of the Pilot's account to which they were sent. The Pilot may delete received inquiries at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated inquiries are permanently removed.
7. Liability
- The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates correctly and without interruption, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- The Operator is not responsible for content posted by Pilots, including its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- The Operator is not a party to agreements between Pilots and their clients and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Pilots.
- The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, technical failures, or actions of third parties.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user to the Platform (if applicable).
8. Account Deletion
- The Pilot may delete their account at any time through the pilot dashboard.
- Account deletion is irreversible and includes permanent removal of all personal data, profile, portfolio, equipment, and inquiries.
- The Operator may suspend or delete a Pilot's account in case of a serious violation of these Terms, after notifying the Pilot by email.
9. Data Protection
Detailed information about the processing of personal data, including the purposes of processing, user rights, and information about sub-processors, can be found in the Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints
- Users may submit complaints regarding the Platform's operation by email to the address specified in section 1.
- Complaints should include a description of the issue and contact details for receiving a response.
- The Operator will review complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
11. Changes to These Terms
- The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
- Users will be notified of significant changes through a notification on the Platform or via email at least 14 days in advance.
- Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, subject to the consumer's right to choose a court with jurisdiction over their place of residence.
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including through the European Commission's ODR platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
